    How to resend an email confirmation to a customer

    Navigate to [**Direct Ordering Admin Panel**](https://mm.opentender.io/)**.**

    Pro tip! If you know the Order ID, you can search directly from the top right of the **Orders** page by entering the **Order ID** + hitting **Enter** on your keyboard.

    Go to **Orders** > **Orders Review & Search**, and search by a specific **Order ID** via the search box indicated below, or by using the available **filters**.

    Once you've found the correct order, click the "**Resend Email**" button in the upper right of your screen. *Note:* To confirm the customer email address where the confirmation is being resent, scroll down to the "**Customer**" section to view customer details.

    Confirm that the confirmation email has been resent by the "**Email resent to customer!**" pop-up in bottom right of screen.
