Click the "Email" field, and type in your municipal email. Then click "Send code",

After clicking the send code button, you should receive an email from <[email protected]>. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders if it's not in your inbox within a few minutes. If you've checked all these locations and still cannot find the email, you may need to contact your IT department to have them "whitelist" our email domain.

Enter the 6 digit code you got from your email where prompted.

Then, you'll create a new Password for yourself. When you're done and both passwords match, you can click Update my password on the bottom.
If you haven't received a code within 15 minutes, try to resend the code by clicking the "Send a new code?" hyperlink.
