Navigate to Feedback Management in Obzervr Manager. Find the Unresolved Feedback that you want to resolve. 

Select the multiselect boxes for the feedback that you want to resolve. 

It will show how many items that you have selected here. 

Select the Status that you want to update the feedback as. Note that only "Action Completed" and "No Action Required" will mark the Feedback as Resolved.
