    How to resolve feedback individually

    Navigate to Feedback Management in Obzervr Manager. Find the Unresolved Feedback that you want to resolve.
    To resolve feedback individually, you can click the button in the Status column.
    Choose a Status from the list. Note that only Action Completed or No Action Required will resolve the feedback.
    Alternatively, click the tick icon to automatically resolve. This will mark the Status as "Action Completed".
