How to schedule a drug test through Yardstik.

During the onboarding process, you will receive an email letting you know SourceNow is asking you to complete a report with Yardstik.

Click on the "Get Started" link in the email.
You must take the drug test by the date indicated at the bottom of the email, or you will receive reminders each day until you do.

Click the submit button.

You will then see this screen asking you to enter the code that was sent to your email.

On the next screen, enter in the information required.

Check off the boxes for the disclosures and agreements and input your signature.

You will then get an email and a text letting you know that your information has been submitted.

You will receive an email with a link to follow the next instructions and schedule your test. You also you do not need to schedule it yourself, the lab will determine for you and the confirmation will be sent to your email. Please show the clinic your barcode in the confirmation email when you arrive.

If you are scheduling your own test, resume from this point.
Enter in your last name and email address.

If any information is missing please input it and hit next.

The next step is finding a clinic. This list is based on the candidate zip code that was provided in intake. Clicking the “Select” button schedules the test.

On this screen you can have a text sent to you or another email.

You will then receive an email letting you know your drug screen has been scheduled and by when you have to take it.

You will need to show the clinic your ePassport form.
