Log into your GateKeeper Hub instance using your GateKeeper Hub URL.

Click "Sign In"

Click "Audit Logs"

Click "Client Audit"

Either type or choose a GateKeeper end-user name from the dropdown.

From the Event dropdown menu, choose "GateKeeper Lock."

Choose a beginning and ending date.

Choose the number of records to display from the dropdown menu.

Click "Search"

Hover your mouse icon over a GateKeeper Lock event, if the third line reads "Message: Inactivity Lock" then this means the user may have left their GateKeeper token behind. Repeat steps 5 -9 for each user.
