Click "Prospects" to view the list of customers and find the customers name of your lead.

Assign that customer to you. This will ensure the email they receive has your name on it.

Select a vehicle, if no appear alter the filters to pick the best option. The customer must receive a cert so if the VOI is not in stock pick the closes option.
Click "Offer This Vehicle"

Click "Next: Review and Edit Lease Details"

If you know the customer is Military you can add that rebate by checking the box. If it is unknown do not check these boxes.
Click "Next: Review and Send Offer"

Click "Email and Text Deal Now"

Click "Add Note" in the customers profile.
