Click the "Search by Name or Email" field.  We recommend searching by the e-mail of the parent/guardian that was written on your CEVA Letter of Commitment.  

Click the check box next to the name you wish to send a club assignment to.

Click "SEND DIRECT CLUB ASSIGNMENT REQUEST"

Click here and ensure your club name is entered.

Once the individual receives it, they'll need to accept it to be rostered on one of your teams.  If they do not have a membership, or need to upgrade it, they will be prompted to do so when they accept.
