How to send a mass email in Salesforce

Click "Campaigns"

Find the campaign you want to send a mass email to.

Click "Related" to see the contacts and/or leads in the campaign. Add and remove campaign members as needed.

Click "Show more actions"

Click "Send List Email"

You can compose your email directly into the editor, or select a pre-built email template.

Click "Insert"

Click "Review" to see a preview of your email, including how merge fields will function for each recipient.

Click Send when you're ready, or schedule for a later date/time.
