Skyslope

Open Skyslope (Yours may look different than the photo)

Click Apps

Click "FORMS"

If you already have a file opened for this Client or transaction, open that file. If not, click create.

If you have a file for this client or agent already, skip to[step 8](https://scribehow.com/viewer/How_to_send_a_property_disclosure_for_your_buyers_initialssignatures__HxkiVcjlTfajw4c4BXeDkg?scrollToActionId=1098be08).

Click the "Buyer" field.

Fill out the information of your client(s)

Fill in the property address

Click "Upload Documents"

Upload the downloaded pdf of the Property Disclosure (It is likely found in your downloads folder)

Click the circle to select the property disclosure

Click "Fill and Send"

Click "Prepare Signature"

Make sure your client(s) are listed as 'Need to sign'. Make sure you have yourself listed as 'No Action'

Click "Next"

Click "Initials"

Add your client's initials to the bottom of each page

Click "Signature"

Click the purchaser line to add your client's signature

Click "Time"

Click here to add date and time to the signature

Click Initials

Don't forget to add your client's initials to the bottom of this page (Not sure why we sign and initial the same page, a bit redundant but I'm not lawyer)

Click "Signature"

Add signature on the final page, the property disclosure addendum

Click "Time"

Click here to add date and time to this line

Click "Send"

Type "Email Subject Line Here"
