First make sure that the client already has in the profile the diagnostic that you need to set as primary. If not, you can add it like this: To add a new diagnosis, you will need to access the client profile, select the "Diagnosis" tab and then press the plus symbol:

In the new screen with the name "Choose a Diagnosis to assign", you will be able to select the client's diagnosis. You can perform a faster search with the help of the "Search" tool, using the name or code of the diagnosis. To add the diagnosis press the add button:

To designate a diagnosis as primary, select the desired diagnosis, click on the three dots adjacent to the diagnosis name, and choose the option to mark it as primary.
