How to set a custom reminder message with BOOKM

Then head over to your integration page by clicking "Integration Settings".

To enable customer reminders, please follow these steps: Ensure that you have a CLOSEM account. This feature is only available to users with a CLOSEM account. Integrate your BOOKM and CLOSEM accounts. You will know that the integration is complete when you can see your company name and company ID. Once integration is complete, slide the tick box to enable customer reminders. Here is where you can customize your reminder message. Customize your reminder message using any of the available CLOSEM mail merge tags to personalize your message.

To view all the available mail merge tags that can be used with your custom reminder message, log in to your CLOSEM account and navigate to Templates > Email > Select any category > Add template. This will take you to a page where you can create an email template, and on the right side of the page, you will find a list of available tags. Simply left-click on the tag you want to use and then paste it into your custom reminder message within BOOKM. Note: Creating an email template is not necessary to access the list of mail merge tags. It is just an easy way to view all the available tags.
