If you want this out-of-office event to repeat, click the drop-down menu next to Does not repeat and choose a frequency.

Change your event privacy settings

- Public is visible to anyone who can see your calendar or is invited to your event.
- Private is visible to anyone who has permissions to change your calendar or is invited to your event.
- Default visibility means that the event automatically inherits the privacy settings from the calendar it’s on.
