    How to set up NameDrop signature in Outlook and Hotmail websites

    Navigate to your NameDrop Dashboard [https://user.namedrop.io/dashboard](https://user.namedrop.io/dashboard)

    Click "Email Signature" under "Integrations" in the Left Navbar

    Click "Copy Signature" to copy the format of signature you prefer

    Go to your Outlook or Hotmail account (https://www.outlook.com)

    Click the Settings (gear icon) on the top right

    Click "Compose and reply"

    Click the "Edit signature name" field. (Note: you can edit an existing signature as well)

    Type a name for the new signature, for e.g. "New"

    Click inside the "Signature" text box

    Right-click inside the "Signature" text box

    Click "Paste" to paste your copied NameDrop signature

    Click inside the "Signature" text box to hide the right click menu

    Click "Save" at the bottom of the view

    Click this dropdown for "For New Messages" and select "New" (the name you gave your signature earlier), to make the signature appear in all your new emails

    Click this dropdown for "For Reply/Forward" and select "New" (the name you gave your signature earlier), to make the signature appear in all your email replies

    Click "Save" again at the bottom of the view

    Click "X" to close out the view and return to Inbox
