    How to set up a Quick Action

    Navigate to the Workflows tab.
    Click "Create workflow"
    Select "Quick Action"
    Name your Quick Action button and add an internal description.
    Click the action item and select what action you'd like to take.
    Add dynamic content through merge tags.
    Save your action.
    Add additional actions if needed.
    Name your workflow.
    To see the Quick Action live, click on an existing Map.
    Select the lightning bolt.
    Click the newly created Quick Action.
    Click "Run"
    You'll receive a success message when you've run your Quick Action.
