Click "Invite New Users" to add New Users to the system. You will be able to see existing users here on the screen.

Enter the users "first name" then leave a space, type their "last name" then leave a space and type their "email address".

Click "Add to List" on the bottom left of the screen and you will see the below populate.

Click "Available User Roles" to assign to the user.

Loan Assistants, Loan Officers and Loan Processors can only see loans where they are assigned. Branch Managers, Loan Processor Manager and System Administrators can see all loans.

If you assign the Loan Officer role you MUST assign a branch.

Click the branch dropdown to select from the list. Each Loan Officer can ONLY be assigned to ONE Branch

Once you have finished assigning the user their roles, click "Invite New Users". The user will receive an email to confirm and create their user name and pw for LendingPad.
