Setup Your Email Address Format
16
Next Section: Setup Your Email Address Format
17
Enter the email format you would like to use.
This is about creating a consistent email address format for your organization. An example could be ${first_name}.${last_name}@yourcompany.com.
In this template:
${first_name} is the person's first name.
${last_name} is the person's last name.
Other available variables are ${first_name_first_letter} and ${last_name_first_letter}, representing the first letter of a person's first and last name, respectively.
You can mix these variables to create a unique and suitable email format for your organization. For instance, ${first_name_first_letter}.${last_name}@yourcompany.com could give [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) for John Doe.
