How to share your asset in PebblePad

Open the asset you want to share and click "I want to.."

Click "Share"

You can share your asset "With people" for their advice or collaboration

Fill in their email, username or last name.

The first time you send your asset to someone, you have to choose "Look for other PebblePad users" because the user will not automatically be in the list. The next time you send something, this person will directly be visible.

Click "Search" and add the recipient

Choose what your recipients can do with your asset Allow your recipients to leave a comment

Click the "Allow recipients to take a copy" field. The recipient will now have a copy of your asset in Pebble+ which can be edited. Your asset will not be affected by any of their changes.

Click the "Allow recipients to export to PDF" field. Your asset will be exported to PDF

Click the "View for a specified amount of time" field. The recipient can view your asset for a specified amount of time, but is not able to make changes to your asset.

You can also decide for how long you want to share your asset You can always undone sharing

Click the "Collaboration" field. With collaboration, the recipient becomes a co-author and can edit and share this asset with others. **Important:** Collaboration cannot be undone. Once shared it is always shared. If you do not want this, allow the recipient to take a copy.

You can add a message for the recipient

Click "Next"

Click "I want to..."

Click "Share"

Click "With the web" When you share your asset with the web, a link will be created that can be shared with others. Important: Your asset will be visible to everyone on the internet with this link.
