      Log in to Adobe Acrobat Sign

      Navigate to [www.kent.k12.wa.us/AdobeSign](http://www.kent.k12.wa.us/AdobeSign).

      Click the "Email address" field and type your Kent School District (KSD) username email address ([email protected]).

      Click "Continue."

      If prompted, select "Company or School Account" and/or enter your KSD password (the same one you use to log in to your KSD device).

      Start from workflows

      Click "Start from workflows."

      If you don't see the "Start from workflows" button, it means you have advanced permissions to Adobe Acrobat Sign.       Click the timesheet you would like to work on from the available options.

      Click "Start."

      Compose the workflow

      Click the recipient email field and type the appropriate person's KSD email address ([email protected]) for the role defined above. Repeat this step for all blank recipient fields if there is more than one.

      Tip! Copy and paste the email address from Outlook to reduce the likelihood of typos and ensure your timesheet gets delivered.

      Important! You should never be the authorizing administrator for your own timesheet. Two different signatures, one from you and one from your supervisor, are required for Payroll to accept the timesheet and issue payment.

      Click the "Document Name" field and customize it. Replace "First" with your first name, "Last" with your last name, and "mm/dd/yy" with the date.

      Important! You must customize the document name to make it easier for all recipients to track this timesheet throughout the process. The unique and meaningful name will be used in Adobe Acrobat Sign and all associated emails.

      Optional: Click the "Message" field to customize or add to what's already there. The entered message will appear in automatic emails all recipients receive and on the timesheet when opened.

      Click "Send" to open the timesheet form.

      Complete form fields
