    How to stop a charge session in the app after ended charging (Connect)

      In the Tech Portal, click "Charge records"
      Click "Search Charge Record..."
      Insert the ID number from the customers ongoing transaction in the app (Can be found in the customers app, at the top corner when they open the transaction).
      Click on the three dots at the right of the transaction:
      Click "Mark as stopped"
      The charge session should disappear from the customer's app shortly after.
