If your email inbox has been connected to HubSpot, you can exclude emails from and to anyone at an external company from logging to your HubSpot portal.

Tip! Consider partner HR companies, accountants, bank managers, suppliers or lawyers whose communication is not relevant to log in HubSpot, or may be confidential. 

Tip! Before you follow next steps, consider creating an excel sheet which has the domains of all the companies whose communication you do not want logged in HubSpot. This will make it much easier to copy and paste these into HubSpot.
