How to sync the InDesign document to the Kurtosys App

Click this icon to upload a new InDesign template in the Kurtosys App

Enter a name for the template being created in the "Title" field

Enter a description for the template being created in the "Description" field

Click the "Type" drop-down field

Select the "Package" option
When uploading an InDesign template to the Kurtosys App, selecting the "Package" type is important.
This type creates a zip folder containing the document fonts, a PDF version of the document, and the INDD file. Choosing this option ensures the correct fonts are used when generating the InDesign template in a workflow in the Kurtosys App.
If the "Document" type is selected, only the INDD file is uploaded to the Kurtosys App, and the correct fonts may not be used when generating the template.

Click "UPLOAD" to create the new InDesign Template

The document has successfully been synced to the Kurtosys App as confirmed by the green message bar in the image below

Navigate to the Kurtosys App in your web broswer.

Click "Documents"

Click "Document Templates"

The recently created InDesign Template is now visible in the Kurtosys App
