How to transfer a swim team participant to another level

Go into the participants account

Click "Registrations"

Choose the current registration

Click "View in Transactions"

Click on the months that need to be changed

Click "MOVE PARTICIPANT"

Ensure the correct months are selected and click continue

Click "Competitive Teams (111)"

Click "YNS Sharks Swim Team"

Choose the correct level and location and click the checkbox

Click this button.

Choose the correct member

Check off the new months to be registered

Click "NEXT"

Click "COMPLETE MOVE"

Go back to the members account

Click on the balance due or unscheduled box

Check the box for all payments due

At this point you can choose to make the full payment or reschedule the payments due. Click make payment to make the payment or click the box highlighted and move to the next steps

Click "Schedule Payment"
