Click 'Me'.

Click "Settings & Privacy"

Click "Visibility"

Click "Blocking"

Under Blocking you'll see a list of every profile you've blocked. Select 'Unblock' next to the profile you wish to unblock.

Enter your password in order to unblock the member.

Click "Unblock member" and the member will no longer be blocked.
