Head to Courses >> Courses

Click the course you want to unregister the customer from

Click "Attendees"

Click "Details" next to the customer you want to unregister.

Click "Remove"

You can choose not to refund the customer, refund them via the payment processor they used to pay, or refund them an account credit.

Click "Remove" to unregister the customer from the course.
