Navigate to <https://soroptimistinternationaloftheameri.my.site.com/s/>

Click "Club Profile"

How to Terminate a Member

Click "View All Affiliated Contacts"

Click here.

Click "Edit"

Click "Active"

Click "Terminated"

Enter in their "End Date"

Click "Save"

Go Back to the Club Account Page by clicking on your Club Name

How to Add a NEW Member

Click "New Member"

Click "No, They are new Members."

Click "Next"

Tip! If you do NOT see the Blue "Next" button, try Zooming Out. This window likes to get cut off in certain browser views. In Chrome, go to View > Zoom Out until you see the blue next button.

Click "Create a New Member"

Enter their contact information

Enter their individual email address.

Alert! NOTE: Every member must have **a unique, valid email address**. **You CANNOT use a shared club email address or other shared email address due to data security restrictions.** If a member does not have an email address, and doesn't want one, then they will not be able to access the portal when it opens for members. At any time, members can create a free email address by google searching "Start a Gmail Account."

Enter optional phone information.

Click "Add to Members"

If you need to add more members, Click "Create a New Member" again

Enter all the new member's information just as you did for the first member you added.

Once you are done adding their information, Click "Add to Members"

Once you are done adding ALL your new members, Click "Submit & Confirm Dates"

Alert! [[Start Dates must be within the current club year, cannot be more than 60 days in the past, and cannot be in the future.]]

Click the pencil next to the new member's start date to adjust their start date.

Enter their start date and Click "Apply"

Once all the start dates are correct, Click "Submit & Pay Dues"

Click "Finish"

How to Generate an Invoice to Pay Annual Club Dues After Roster Updates Were Made

Click "Generate Invoice"

OPTIONAL: Remove the founders pennies charge from your invoice click the circle next to the founders pennies line item

Click "Remove"

OPTIONAL: If you'd like to add your Club Giving contribution, Click "Add a Donation"

Click this dropdown.

Enter amount.

Click the green, Add button.

For Club Giving gifts, let us know if this represents 10% of your fundraising efforts.

Choose your payment method.

Paying via Credit Card/ACH?

**Alert!** If you choose CREDIT CARD or ACH, you will be directed to a payment form hosted by our secure donation platform "FundraiseUp." You may have to ALLOW POP-UPS to see the payment form after clicking Generate Invoice.

Complete your Credit Card or ACH transaction.

If paying dues via WIRE, CASH, CHECK

Click "Generate Invoice"

Click "Finish"

Send documentation to [siahq@soroptimist.org](mailto:siahq@gmail.com) Please include: 1. [[Wire Total]] 2. [[Wire Payment Contact]] 3. [[Screenshot of Wire Invoice ]] This will help us close out your payment as soon as possible!

Alert! If paying by WIRE, CHECK, CASH - Your balance will remain open until payment is received by SIA Headquarters.

How to Adjust an Incorrect Invoice

Tip! If you notice that your invoice is incorrect, or you forgot to add a member, you can delete it and start from scratch.

Click Generate invoice

Click "Delete Open Invoice"

You will see this pop-up, which means you can start over and adjust your roster as needed!
