    How to upload OFX and capture payments and expenses

    Click "Financial"

    Click "Capture Transactions"

    Click "Choose File" and select the downloaded and unzipped OFX document. Select "Import OFX" once the file name shows in the box.

    Your bank statement with the descriptions will display.

    Click "Unallocated Expense"

    Search and select the correct ledger account for the expense.

    You can either save the transactions line per line. Transactions will disappear when allocated

    To allocate a payment click "Select a Customer"

    Add in their reference, it will bring up the client profile. Select the client.

    There is also a "Save All" option if you don't want to save line by line and rather want to allocate all then bulk save.

    If you would like to review or change allocations click the "Hide Allocated" field.
