    Go to <https://oxfordbrookes.idm.oclc.org/login?url=https://plus.lexis.com/uk?identityprofileid=GD46SJ57559>
    2
Lexis+ will open on the Legal Research tab. Click "Practical Guidance" down the right to change the view. You can change back at any point by clicking on "Legal research"
    3
If you wish, use the Practical Guidance search box
    4
Narrow down your search by choosing a practice area (or leave it as "all practice areas" to search everything)
    5
Instead of using the search box, you can choose a practice area from the alphabetical list below the search box.
    6
Once in a practice area, there is again the option to search.
    7
Alternatively, you can select an aspect of your practice area that looks relevant
    8
You may then be able to choose a precise topic that looks relevant.
    9
Remember, this is material aimed at practising lawyers, so you'll see practical resources such as forms, checklists, flowcharts and Q&A.
    10
Practice notes offer a good overview of a topic and what a lawyer would need to consider. Click on the name of any practice note to open it.
    11
Click "Related Documents" down the side of a practice note to find other relevant materials.
