Lexis+ will open on the Legal Research tab. Click "Practical Guidance" down the right to change the view. You can change back at any point by clicking on "Legal research"

Narrow down your search by choosing a practice area (or leave it as "all practice areas" to search everything)

Instead of using the search box, you can choose a practice area from the alphabetical list below the search box.

Once in a practice area, there is again the option to search.

Alternatively, you can select an aspect of your practice area that looks relevant

You may then be able to choose a precise topic that looks relevant.

Remember, this is material aimed at practising lawyers, so you'll see practical resources such as forms, checklists, flowcharts and Q&A.

Practice notes offer a good overview of a topic and what a lawyer would need to consider. Click on the name of any practice note to open it.

Click "Related Documents" down the side of a practice note to find other relevant materials.
