    How to use Teleportivity

        Right click on this link, "<https://us.qrideo.me/westvirginiauniversity/mainentrance>"

        Click on "Copy Link"

        Right click in the address bar of the Chrome browser and choose Paste and go to us.qrideo.me/.../mainentrance

        Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the browser window

        Click Cast, save and share then choose "Install page as app…"

        Click in front of the T in Teletransfer

        Type in CAHS- then press Install

        Click "Yes" to finish the installation

        To run Teleportivity Double-click "CAHS-Teletransfer"

        Click on the bubble in the upper right corner to contact a member of the IT staff immediately.

        Click on the Chat bubble if you would like to have a text conversation with a member of our IT staff. IT Support is available from 8 am to 4:45 pm Monday thru Friday. If it is outside of office hours please choose Enter a CAHS Support Ticket and enter in a ticket. If it is an emergency outside of office hours call 304-293-7390.

        Click on the text bar on the bottom of the window so you can start typing a message a member of our IT staff.

        Click on the arrow send button on the right of the text bar to send your message.

        Click on the left arrow at the top of the window to navigate back to the Teleportivity home screen.

        Click on the Audio Call bubble to have an audio only conversation with a member of our IT staff.

        Click on the Video Call bubble to have a video conversation with a member of our IT staff.

        From the home screen click on the Enter CAHS Support Ticket to enter a IT ticket for assistance.

        This is what the start of the CAHS-IT support ticket. Remember you may have to go through the DUO (single sign on) process if you have not logged on to WVU network systems yet.

        Click on Contact CAHS-IT Support button to contact a CAHS-IT member.

        As with clicking on the bubble in the upper right have corner of the window you have the options to have a text conversation, an audio only conversation or a video conversation with CAHS-IT.
