How to use the Backorder Report

Navigate to [https://shop.cardinalhealth.ca/chc/dashboard](https://shop.cardinalhealth.ca/chc/dashboard)

Click [[Backorder Report]] in the Reports section

Use the Search bar at the top to search for any product, order number or anything else. Click Enter on your keyboard to run the search

Each column header has more options - click the 3 dots to see options:

For example click Show columns to show or hide additional information

Or select Filter to apply custom filters to that column

If you apply a filter, you can click the funnel icon to remove that filter later

Finally, click Download Report if you prefer to have an Excel copy of the file
