On the **My Time** landing page, navigate to the **Job** column.

The pin icon is located on the left hand side, click on the icon to save a frequently used job from one time period to the next.

To remove a pinned job, click on the pin icon. You will notice that it changes the color from blue to gray

Scroll to the right hand side of the screen under hours and select the X icon.
