Each user has a unique ID number. To access the user's profile, click on that ID.
If the user has a verified email, it can be verified by seeing the checked box where it says "Is email verified"
If this is how it appears then there is no need to do anything.
If the "Is email verified" box is not checked, it means that the user does not have a verified email address.
Go to the top of the profile and click on the "Action" drop-down. Then select the Verify Email option.
To activate the selected option click on "Go"
The account will now be verified and can be verified by checking the "Is email verified" section.
Do not forget to inform the user that this action was carried out and always leave the case in Pending in case any other questions or problems arise.
