How to view Order History with Tracking Information

Navigate to [https://shop.cardinalhealth.ca/chc/dashboard](https://shop.cardinalhealth.ca/chc/dashboard)

From the Dashboard 'Your Recent Orders' will show you orders placed within the last 2 days from your account(s)

Click "View Order History" to view/search for more

Click the "Selected Accounts" to select specific account(s) to view orders from

Click the "Start Date" field to select your date range

Use either the calendar option or the quick search (i.e. "Last 30 days") buttons to set your range

For additional filter options, including PO Number, Order Number and Product Code, click "Filter your results"

Click "Search"

Click the order number to view the full details of the order
On the Order History Details page the Unshipped Items are grouped separately from the Shipped Items. Click the groups to expand or collapse them for easy navigation

Shipped items may have a clickable Tracking Number (depending on the carrier). Clicking the tracking number will open the Carrier's website to view additional delivery confirmation details.

To collapse the list of items click this icon on the right.

The Packing Slip and Invoice are retrieved from the bottom of each list of Shipped Items
