How to view and pay your balance using TouchNet

Navigate to <https://my.usi.edu/>

Click "Student Apps"

Click "TouchNet"

Your balance and statements will appear. To view activity on your account and what aid and charges have been applied, click 'View Activity'.

Here your account balance will populate by semester.

Once you click on a semester, the charges and credits applied to your account will appear.
A positive balance shows how much you owe. A negative balance generally means you will be getting a refund. Any questions about your balance or refund should always be referred to the [Bursars office](https://www.usi.edu/bursar).812-464-1842, [email protected], lower level of Orr Center.

To pay a balance you will click "Make a Payment".

Here you can select the payment date and the payment amount.
Once you select the payment amount, you will click continue at the bottom right hand corner of the page. From here, you will choose the method of payment. Once you make a payment, you will get a confirmation message and a receipt.
