Navigate to Tracker and select the Auto Indexed fax you will be working.

Click the Edit Entry Button. (Paper and Pencil)

For this example we are using "Authorizations" as a Document Type. You will then add in any other custom fields if any are needed to index.  Note:  Document Type field may be auto indexed if information is on trained form.

Select the correct Patient with Account Number.

If there is an export set up and all criteria has been met, this document will now export to your EMR. And you can clear from list.
