Properties are organized by different groups. Contact activity, Deal information, Sales properties, Contact information, Web analytics history, conversion information, email information and Facebook Ads properties.

Contact Activity properties revolve around date properties of when activities happened, email open/click dates, conversions and dates of meetings.

The Deal information contains information like the contacts buying role, the date of their first deal and most recent deal close date, along with the total number of deals associated to this contact and the total revenue of their associated deals.

Sales properties pertain to your organizations sales team information about the contact owner, lead status, and if the contact is unworked.

The Contact information group is all the properties specific to this contact and their customer journey. Including contact information, title, industry, and lifecycle stage.

If you have your website connected to HubSpot the Web analytics history group will show properties about the contact's website visits, sources and first/last pages & time seen.

Conversion information holds ad and form interactions, along with any IP address information

The Email information group tracks email information and responses HubSpot receives from marketing email deliveries. These are all read-only properties that HubSpot wall automatically update.

Facebook Ads properties are built in by default by HubSpot even if you don't connect a FB ads account. This contains information specifically sent from Facebook Ads.

Add properties to the contact record view

When you hover over a property you can click "add to your view". This will show the property on the left sidebar when you are viewing the contact record (previous page).

This only changes your user's view. Other users will still see the account default unless they modify their view themselves.

You can click and drag to re-order the position that the properties will display in.

After you re-arrange the properties click "Back" to return to the contact record

The contact record "About this contact" section will be updated to reflect your changed property view
