Click "Next"

Click "Password Login" unless instructed otherwise.

Click "Next >"

Enter your "username" and "password" provided in the Welcome Email. Then click "Advanced"

Here, you will need to enter the server address. This is provided in the Welcome Email. The click "Next"

Only change the edition if instructed through your training to do so. Business is a standard user.

On this step, you will select your default communication device. You can change your default device by clicking "Set as default" in the orange rectangle below. This is where your voice interaction will be handled.

Tip! - If you do not have a desk phone, untick the desk phone.

Click "Finish"

This step is optional. If you want to enable click to dial on your internet browser, click "Yes". Otherwise, click "No" and skip to step 14

Select the drop down and click on the relevant browser for yourself.

Tip! - It is best to use the browser which is set as your default.

Click "OK"

Click "Get"

Click "Add extension"

Click "OK"
