The first thing we need to do is export your customer list.  Ideally you already have an odoo filter setup to show only your customers.  Let's get started.

If you don't have a custom filter favorited for your customers already, simply click Filters&gt;Add Custom Filter then choose Salesperson Contains (Your Name).

If you already have a filter saved, click favorites and choose it now.

Once your customer list shows up, click this checkbox.

Now you should see a pop up for the export wizard.  The export type should be set to Import-Compatible Export.

On the right, the Export Formats must be CSV.

Now we need only two things for export.  Name and Phone number.  Scroll until you see Name and click it.

In the middle of the wizard you will see this list of buttons.  Click Add.

On the left, scroll until you see Phone and click it.

You are now ready to export! On the bottom left of the wizard, click Export to File.  You should get a download file that looks like a spreadsheet.  You can open this file if you have a spreadsheet program on your computer or you can upload it to your google drive and open it there.  The next steps will be the same regardless of the program you use.

Delete the first column is called ID.  You should be left with only Name and Phone like the image below.

In column C, next to your first phone number, type: add

Next you will want to copy and paste 'add' next to every phone number.  Highlight every cell next to a number at once, then paste.

Your sheet should look like this.  You can also take this opportunity to clear out any customers you do not wish to contact by simply deleting the row they are on.
