    Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

    It's always good to check your spam/junk folder for emails from [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).

    Do you have an account?

    Have you received an email from [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and activated your account? If not, you need to activate your account first.     Does your location have candidates?

    The platform will only send an email about candidates if your location has applications. If you have not received any candidates yet then this is perfectly normal. If you have received candidates but no emails, please see below.

    Are you receiving any emails from the platform?

    Did you receive an email to activate your account but not emails about candidates? This could mean that you are not assigned to the correct location. See the next steps.

    Are you assigned to the correct location?

    The platform will send an email to the assigned Location Manager regarding that location's candidates. If you are not receiving candidate emails for the correct location then we may need to reassign your location. If you need to see candidates for more than one location then we need to reassign you as a Region Manager. Please see below.

    Are you an Organization or Region Manager?

    The platform determines who should receive candidate emails by first checking the smallest assignment. It will not send candidate emails to an Organization or Region Manager if there's an assigned Location Manager. Similarly, an Organization Manager will not receive emails for a region with an assigned Region Manager.
