Starting November 2024, a significant change in the registration export functionality has greatly hindered our workflow. Previously, we could export multiple Registration CSV Reports simultaneously, as the "Event Name" column clearly identified the class (event) associated with each registration. This allowed us to efficiently copy and paste export data into a Google Sheet, run a macro, and align it with internal documents—all in bulk.
With the removal of the "Event Name" column (effective around November 19, 2024), identifying the class tied to each registration has become a time-intensive, manual process. We now face the following challenges:
- Each report must be exported individually.
- Data must be copied, pasted, and organized into separate documents for each report.
- The macro for data alignment must be run individually for each export.
- Student-to-class association requires manual searches in the Event Espresso Registrations section.
This change has significantly increased the time and effort required for our operations, disrupting our ability to manage registrations efficiently.
