Import Contacts and Calendar Items with Outlook using a .pst file

**"Open"** Outlook App.\ \ \*Note - The process for Importing Contact, and Calendar items is the same. This guide covers Calendar items, but the steps also apply to Contacts items.

To start the Import , click "**File**" in the top left.

1. Click > "**Open & Export",** then 2. Click > "**Import/Export**"

In the Import wizard, \ choose '**Import from another program or file**,' and click **"Next."**

Select "**Outlook Data File (.pst)**," and click **"Next."**

Click "**Browse...**"

1. Select **'Downloads'** Folder ( or the location of file) 2. Select the **'File'** to import, i.e. "Calendar backup" or "Contacts backup" 3. Click **"Open."**

Click **"Next."**

Click **'Finish'** to complete the import of Calendar items.\ \ **Note:** Wait for a while before closing the Outlook app, and If needed for contacts items, repeat steps 2 to 9.
