    Import Fee Items from Previous Academic Year or Term

    Sign in to your portal as an admin or accountant
    Click "Finance"
    Click "Fees / Bursary"
    Click "Publish / Manage Fees"
    Select the Class, Class Arm, Session and Term of the new term you want to import fees **into**
    Click "Go to Class Fees"
    Click "Create Invoice Template"
    Click "Import from Previous Sessions"
    Select the Class, Class Arm, Session and Term of the new term you want to import fees **from**
    Choose the type of items you want to search for and import.\ \ You can import any of: \ *Invoice Templates, On-Demand Fee Items, Mandatory Fee Items, or both On-Demand and Mandatory Fee Items.*\ \ Here, we'll click "Invoice Templates"
    Click "See Available Items"
    Select each of the items you want to import. \ \ You can click the "Select All" checkbox at the top of the list to import all items in the list
    Click the "Import Selected Items.." button to import them into the new academic term
    You can repeat the same process to import other Items types into the new session/term.
    Note that for just imported **Invoice Templates,** their "Auto-generate" status may be automatically disabled upon import. This allows you re-confirm the invoice template before they start getting automatically generated for students.\ \ Kindly go through the imported invoice templates to confirm everything is good to go, and then re-enable the "Auto-generate" status.
