Importing YouTube Videos to Marblehead TV Website

Navigate to [https://marbleheadtv.org/wp-admin/index.php](https://marbleheadtv.org/wp-admin/index.php)

Click "New Import"

Click "Download a file"

Click "From URL"

This is where you enter the YouTube import URL. To get that you need to find the playlist ID you want to feed in. Navigate to your Youtube channel to select the playlist. The playlist ID is the last part of the url after "playlist?list=" *--For Example:\ https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=**PLqlRXSz1CMjbjYKnNL40hFWi7krqS1Rdv***

Add that id to the end of this url:\ \ https://www.youtube.com/feeds/videos.xml?playlist_id=

Add it here and click download

Select "New Items" and click the dropdown

Click "Episodes"

Continue to Step 2

Nothing to do here. Continue to step 3

Click the "Load Template" Button at the bottom and Select "Sport Feed Template" from the dropdown

Click the "Taxonomies, Categories, Tags" Accordion

This is where you put the related show slug. Related shows list can be found under "Episodes" posts.

Add the Show Category here. This can also be found under "Episodes"

Click "Scheduling Options" and make sure it's set to 7 days a week at 4am and 6pm.

Type "Winter 23-24"

Click the "Configure Advanced Settings" section and add a Friendly Name. This is so it's easily identified under the "Manage Imports" area.

Click Continue

Click Confirm and Run Import

You should receive a confirmation that XX amount of records where successfully imported.

The Last step is to be sure the video imported. Click "All Episodes" and check to see if your newest episodes are showing in the list.
