    Option 1- Load To

    Click "Data"
    Click "From Text/CSV"
Select the text file you would like to import.
    Click Import.
If the columns are correct, you can click "Load". If they are not, or you would like to move where the data will be imported to, you can select the arrow to the right of "Load" to see other options.
If you click "Load To", it will allow you to move where the data will go. This returns you to the sheet you were in to select a new location.
Once you have chosen where the data should go, click ok.
The data should now show in a table as seen here.
    Click "Sheet1"

    Option 2- Transform Data

Like in Option 1, you will start in the data tab. Click "Data"
    Click "From Text/CSV"
Select the name of the text document you would like to import.
    Click "Import"
    Click "Transform Data"
This opens a different window with far more options that allow you to edit columns, rows, formatting, and properties of the data.
You can also filter data within each column before it gets imported into the Excel sheet.
You can change the data type for each column.
    Click "Data Type: Text"
