    Click on this icon to access the contacts applet.

    From the contacts applet, you can import contacts in bulk, or create them individually. Let's start by going to "Import" You can click "Download Template" to download the premade Command template file, or you can upload any .CSV file and map the fields accordingly. Once you browse for the file you want to import, you can click "Continue". To individually create a contact, click "Add Contact"

    Enter their full name, email address, and phone number

    If the contact is a lead, you can add a Lead Source and mark them as a lead Click here.

    You can (and should!!) add tags to your contacts, which will help you sort and filter your database.

    Click "Add More Information" to add info such as preferred contact method, home address, birthday, and more! You can even create custom fields to use in your contacts.

    When you're ready, click "Create"

    Inside the contact, you'll see a number of tabs on the right hand side. The first tab is the timeline, where you'll see a record of every interaction you have with that person that runs through Command. If you have an interaction with them outside of Command, you can manually add it to the timeline with "Add Activity"!

    You just select the interaction type, when it took place, and give a description of the interaction.

    Opportunities and Smartplans both have their own tab, allowing you to create Opportunities, subscribe contacts to Smartplans, and unsubscribe contacts from Smartplans, all right from within the contact.

    The next tab is the "Tasks" tab, where you can view, edit, and create tasks relating to the contact.

    You can name the task, and choose what type of task it will be. You can even leave a description, which can be the script you want to use for the text or call, something you want to remember to ask them, or literally anything you want.

    You can then set the task priority, and the due date and time.

    Use the "Notes" tab to leave private notes for yourself about this contact.

    It's a good place to put anything you need to remember about someone, like any special needs they may have, their preferred pronouns, etc.

    The last tab is the "Saved Searches" tab, where you can set up automatic emails to go out to the contact with homes they might be interested in.

    Set up the search parameters, including area, amenities, price, property type, size, and more!

    Name your saved search (this name will be visible to the recipient!) and make sure the email address is correct, then click "Send email notifications"
