Importing clinical metadata for Gray Foundation portal

Navigate to the [Data Curator App](https://dca.app.sagebionetworks.org/)

Select "Gray Foundation"

Select your project

Click the "Patient Cohort Data" folder

Click Patient Cohort Data Template and "Download template"

Click the link to the google sheet

Complete the google sheet with your patient cohort data

Ensure all columns required are complete

Download as a .csv file

Click "Validate & Submit Metadata"

Click here

Click "Validate Metadata"

If the metadata passes validation, click "Submit" and wait until you see "Success!". If the metadata does not pass validation check for any missing fields, spelling errors and redownload the csv and submit again.
