In-call Options

Once you accept the call, you have several in-call options depending on your service. Click the "More options" icon to place a call on hold, park a call, transfer a call or set up a conference call.

Select "Transfer."

When transferring a call, you can select “Consult first” to speak with the person receiving the transferred call first or select “Transfer now” to send the call directly to the person.

To set up a conference call, select “Conference,” and type in the number, extension or search by name to add people to the call. Lastly, if both you and the person you are on a call with have the Webex app, you can invite them to a Webex meeting by selecting “Invite and meet.”
