Initial Pricing in CorrIQ

This guide offers a step-by-step approach for navigating the CorrIQ platform to price and lock loans efficiently. It highlights key features such as lock eligibility, modifying search parameters, and viewing rate options.

Initial Pricing

Navigate to <https://9593951053.encompasstpoconnect.com/#/home> Select **Product Pricing & Lock** for Initial Pricing and Product Selection

Review **Lock Eligible** dropdown (Scroll to bottom to view) - Lock Eligible will state **NO** if the loan has not yet been approved - Lock Eligible field is greyed out and **not able to be changed by the Seller** Click **Search**

Scroll to **Expanded Guidelines** Review and Complete all **Applicable Fields** to ensure accurate Non-Agency product eligibility

**NOTE:** If Loan is **Investor - DSCR**: (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) Enter **DSCR**

Click **Search**

Select a Rate for Eligible Products

**NOTE:** "Expired" indicates the loan is not lock eligible or lock desk closed Click to **Select Product** and Proceed to price and/or float the loan

View by Price or Discount/Rebate

From the Rate selected: Click the **View** dropdown and select an option to view the rate stack as **Price** or **Discount/Rebate** **Example of Price View:**

Change Desired Rate

Click **Modify Search**

Scroll to **Filters and Additional Pricing Variables**: Edit the **Desired Rate** field as applicable Click **Search**

Click the **Lock Icon** for the desired rate

**NOTE:** If Request Lock is selected prior to approval, an error message will populate **Request Lock** will only be enable following approval

Update LOS to Submit Request

Click **Update LOS** to float the rate

A confirmation pop-up will state **Loan Update Successfully Submitted** Click **OK**

Th **Product and Pricing Status** displays as: - Fulfilled - Order Date/Time stamped - Ordered By is captured - The Started Lock icon is "open" indicating the rate is floating
