    Open a Redash Distro Download. In this example, we will use Heman Smith's location.

    Click "GO TO QUICKBOOKS"

    Navigate to the client you are working on.

    Click Settings.

    Click "Recurring transactions"

    Click "Use" Next to the Redash Entry.

    Choose the last day of the previous month.

    Change the date to MM/YYYY

    Click here.

    Fill in the new Journal Entry in QBO using the data in the Google Sheets.

    Tip! When inputting the data into the Journal Entry, Please note: Negative numbers are ALWAYS Debits. Positive numbers are always Credits.

    Tip! Cash in Redash Report is always posted to Uncategorized Income (QBO Account).

    After this Journal Entry is saved, Uncategorized Income must always be Zero for the previous month. If it is Zero, you are done. If it is not Zero, you are must backdate deposits to the month of your journal entry. We will work through an example of this together.

    After clicking the 41.29, we will change the date to February 3rd.

    Click "Run report"

    Search for the difference. If the difference is more than you expect, it may be more than one transaction which must be backdated to the previous month.
