Installing Mobile Hiring Manager App

Setting up iCIMS Mobile Hiring Manager is a three step process: 1) send yourself an invitation email, which will include an authentication link 2) download the app 3) click the link in the email from step 1

Send Invitation

Your System Administrator may have already sent you an invitation as part of a training. If not, you can send yourself an invitation from within the iCIMS platform.

Click the profile icon in the upper right hand corner.

Click "Activate Device."

Click "Send invitation."

You will receive an email to the email account associated with this profile.

Download App

Go to the Play Store or Apple Store on your device and search for "iCIMS Mobile Hiring Manager."

Click "Install" to install the app on your device.

Click "Open."

Note that you will not be able to log in until you have authenticated your access from the email you sent yourself previously.

Authenticate

Now that you have downloaded the app, go to the email account where the authentication email was sent.

Open the email with the subject line, "Mobile Hiring Manager Invitation."

Click "Accept Invitation."

Click the green button.

If you have difficulty opening this link, try opening the link with the Google Chrome browser.

Click "Get Started."

You are now ready to use the app.
